In order to be sure that we can count on the best human resources available, we hire our translators based on the following criteria:
- minimum 5 years' full-time professional experience as a translator 
- at least 100,000 words translated within the sector
- training certifications in the area of specialisation 
- published translations in the area of specialisation

The terminological and stylistic bases we use adhere to strict reliability criteria, meaning they must have been approved by an international body specialised in the sector, and their usage must be verifiable on the internet.


Our glossaries and databases of terms are regularly reviewed and updated by experts in every sector, who support our translators.

SOFTWARE

We always want to be certain that we are offering our clients the best quality possible.

In order to do this, we need to have specific, up-to-date software. We use the latest versions of the main CAT tools on the market, and we always make sure the versions we have are compatible with other relevant software, such as Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, the MS Office Suite, OCR tools, etc.

COMMUNICATION

Communication with the client is fundamental. We strive to keep our clients constantly updated on the various stages involved in the execution of the translation assignments they have entrusted to us. We are available 12 hours a day, including weekends, to respond to any questions and provide any necessary information. We can be reached via email, telephone, Whatsapp, Skype, LinkedIn, Facebook, Messenger, Proz and Twitter.
